Let me share my nightmare with this dentist office. It was one thing after another with this place.

My wife scheduled a cleaning which when we showed up to the office actually turned into an examination. She was told she needed some work done and we needed to pay the same day. So we figured oh well get it over now. So we paid what the receptionists told us.

We then get a notice from our insurance that my wife saw a DIFFERENT dentist that wasn't covered under our plan. We tried to get this rectified over the phone but the insurance and the office kept pointing fingers until one admitted the mistake and then filed through the correct dentist.

THEN we get another notice from our insurance that Dolson Ave put it through that we paid in full. So we then had to cash these checks from the insurance and mail them out.

A month later a bill comes in the mail that we still owe the full balance on the account. My wife called in pretty upset and the receptionist gave her quite an attitude. At this point my wife handed me the phone and I was told I needed to go to the bank to get a copy of the check we mailed out to them because they dont have it in there system. The woman was probably the rudest receptionist I have ever dealt with.

A few minutes before I fax over the checks I get a call from another individual that states they found the checks and will talk it over with another dentist to "see" if they will continue treatment with us.

All in all, pretty nice office and good dentists but the office workers are HORRIBLE at their job and are extremely rude!

I will never go here again and you should save yourself the aggrivation and go somewhere else!
