Will no longer deal with this office.After being quoted a price of 1700 dollars for crown to be placed after surgical work was completed,I had the misfortune of dealing with kim.She began to tell me that because my previous insurance with guardian had terminated that the new price for the crown would be 2800 dollars.I told her this made no sense at all because my insurance had all been used up on other work done by them already.She replied I know it doesn't make sense but its our policy to charge a higher rate if you no longer have insurancs,then she said legally she can not go back to original price they quoted me.When I questioned her on legality,with her office being a private practice,she clearly became tongue tied and made no attempt to defend herself but only look to end conversation.At this time I requested my xrays and the xrays for both my children who were also patients.Clearly kim realized that it was obvious to me that herintention was just to try and jack up the price.Most likely embarrassed by her acts she thought it best to part ways with our accounts.In the meantime I have had 2 estimates for the remining work to be done,both estimates coming in at 1200 dollars.500 dollars ower than their original quote and 1600 dollars lower than what they attempted to get.Women at the front desk were alwaysvery nice,Kim can not be trusted.
