They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment.
They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either.
