They did not call me to remind me about my appointment, I paid the bill before I left, then received a phone call about 2 months later about a balance. They told me if they weren't paid, it would get sent to collection. How is that possible when I never knew there was a balance and never received a bill for it??? I called them back and they told me they would send me an invoice but if it isn't paid by the end of the month, it will go to collections. Um...it's already the 24th, so they're threatening me to pay it within 6 days when I don't even have a copy of the bill yet? My overall experience with this provider was not very good.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All my questions were answered, and Dr. Mufalli was extremely patient.
