Horrible Service! Awful treatment for client!!! I do not recommend this dentist's office to anyone! Please,find yourself a different dentist.Bright Smile Dental P.C.is not worth of your health and money. Receptionist Tanya is delusional individual and a lier. She has absolutely no customer service skills,but only got terrible attitude and "ego". Also,there is a blond hair in the age dr. Dentist/supposedly,Dr. Tanya Silverman/ who does not even bother to identify herself by name. She is more worried and concerned about her low performer Tanya rather then client relationship and feedback from a patient. Shame on you,both and BRIGHT SMILE DENTAL P.C. !!! If you harass your patients at the first stage,then I feel very sorry for clients who have to deal with these individuals. Terrible! I hope,by reading my comment Tanya will learn how to speak to clients and change her attitude at work. If you hate your work,then find smth else,miserable Tanya!!!

It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better.
