I called this office and scheduled an appointment recently for wisdom teeth extraction. Over the phone, they had told me that they take my insurance provider.

When I arrived the day of my appointment, I was informed that they actually do NOT take my insurance, even though I had confirmed this over the phone. This wasted my time as well as the time of the one who was nice enough to take a day off of work to drive me.

The administrative staff seems incompetent, and I cannot speak for the surgeon, as I did not see them.

If I could give this oral surgeon ZERO stars. I would not hesitate to do so. I have NEVER in my entire life been to a doctor as disgusting, money hungry, and horrible as Dr. Johnson. I had a wisdom tooth extraction there. He did it so terribly, I ended up getting a bone spur in my jaw and was forced to go back to the dingy hole he calls a doctor's office. I was so unbelievably uncomfortable that I refused to be put under general anesthesia... Out of utter distrust for this oral surgeon. It was a horrific experience. He was rude. He was sarcastic. He was a disgrace to the medical field. He refused to pull out two of my wisdom teeth at once because of how money hungry he was. He has put me through limitless pain. His office managed to lose all of my medical and insurance information and wrongfully billed me thousands of dollars out of pure stupidity. I would recommend a person have their toddler child do any form of extraction or surgery rather than going to Dr. Johnson. He is nothing short of an arrogant prick.
