Education Dr. Lacey graduated from Colgate University with a BS in Biological Sciences. He received his DMD from the University of Pennsylvania and in 1981 he completed a post-doctoral residency in General Dentistry at the Eastman Institute for Oral Health at the University of Rochester Medical Center. In addition to clinical practice at Eastman Dr. Lacey participated in gnathological studies and research into the human dentition and in clinical trials of emerging restorative materials and techniques.
Affiliations Dr. Lacey is a past president of the Broome County Dental Association and is the Sixth District Representative on the Council of Dental Benefit Programs for the New York State Dental Association and a delegate to the New York Dental Association House of Delegates. He is a member of the American Dental Association and a Fellow of the American College of Dentists, a fellowship granted to only 4 percent of American dentists.
