So my initial visit was a rough start, I waited an hour to be seen, meanwhile my husband who was watching our little one, had to be late for work because they couldn't see me at the time I was scheduled. The staff was excellent though. They were friendly. I was expecting a cleaning that same day but they failed to inform me that this wasn't the plan, and instead I spent 5 mins of the Dentists time to check out my gums and get x rays. Why would I schedule a non emergent appointment not to get my teeth cleaned? So I ended up having to schedule another appointment for later in the month. They gave me a little sticky card which was great to stick on my calender. I had to take sick time to come to my scheduled cleaning. I went up to the desk and the receptionist said I wasn't on the schedule and they couldn't "fit me in" like it was my fault they messed up. So again, I will have to take sick time for an appointment 1 month later. This had been completely frustrating. I don't even want to do business with this group anymore but I will give them one more chance. 3 strikes and they will not be seeing me again, I don't care if I have to drive 20 mins to see another dentist. My time is valuable to me and I don't like wasting it on a company who doesn't care.
