VERY disappointing. Just started with a routine to take care f multiple issues when the Dentist quit. Now waiting to see if my insurance approves the new dentist.. over a month wait now. Prior dentist was very brusque and uncommunicative and seemed to dislike his work and having to deal with people. All disappointing.

They currently have no dental hygienist (!?), but didn't call to cancel my cleaning appointment and now I'll have to come back whenever they get their act together and hire one. The new dentist took unnecessary X-rays (I'd just had a full set 6 months before), and seemed more interested in sounding like an expert than actually learning about me and my teeth during my brief exam. If I had any other local option that would take my insurance, I'd change in a heartbeat.
