They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

Bait and Switch. I made an appointment two weeks ago with Dr. Kaminar and today I took off work early to see her. I had X-rays done, and then who shows up for my examination? Some no-name dentist off the street that I had never heard of, and whose name the receptionist didn't even know. He tells me Dr Kaminar is off today so he will be my dentist instead. I made an appointment specifically with Dr. Kaminar, and at no point did they say I would be seeing someone else. There is no other dentist listed anywhere on the website - why wouldn't they tell me this when I made their appointment? It's deceptive.. They said this is their "policy" to make the appointment with whatever dentist is in the office that day. I asked them to call Dr Kaminar so I could talk to her about this, but they said it's her day off and of course the delicate genius can't be bothered by patients on her day off. I didn't let this guy examine me and I won't be back. I also think I'm owed a $30 cancellation since Dr Kaminar cancelled her appointment without giving me a 24 hour notice (this is their stated cancellation policy).
