I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money.

They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They also bill insurance company for work that isnt really done on you. They scam people.
