It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. I thought the staff was somewhat friendly. They didn't do too much to welcome me, but maybe they were busy. My teeth cleaning was very uncomfortable. I feel like a lot of the pain I experienced could have been avoided if they had been more careful. They played the typical, annoying elevator music. It did not make for a pleasing environment. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
Shore Family Dental of Hooper Av.Toms River NJ(08753) has dismissed me for answering requested by Allied Dental Practices of NJ,LLC. I answered that I thought I was being discriminated because of receiving a rude attention.Also I mentioned that I was going to sue to de New Jersey Health Authorities the bad behavior received in this Dental Center. This Dental Center of Toms River receives my feed back from their main offices and call my house saying I have threatened them. Probably they think that saying this inaproppiate to mention that there are entities in charge of this kind problems. Finally Shoe Family Dental has not respect their compromise to reimburse the cost of a crown (around 900 dollars)that I paid in advance. Cordially

My family had a dental emergency while visiting from out of state. The receptionist refused to give me information over the phone for my young son. Called another dentist in the area on Rt. 37 who's receptionist was professional and happy to help us. We were treated promptly and professionally but not so by Shore Family Dental which I WOULD RECOMMEND AVOIDING!
