Frankel is rude, a bully and unpleasant in very way possible. He is also unscrupulous. He tries to force you to have cosmetic work you don't want and don't need. He repairs teeth in the most expensive way and practically calls you an idiot if you don't agree to his costly and unnecessary methods. All he cares about is profit, therefore, I don't trust anything he does or says. Uses inappropriate language.

I have been going here for 6 years. I owed $5, and was hassled almost daily until I paid it. I would never recommend that anyone goes to this dentist! They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.
