Your typical warehouse dental office--this is a place where dentists come for extra work on top of their private offices. The dentists go by numbers and you are assigned one according to what procedure needs to be done. It seems that most of the clientele are Medicaid/FamilyCare clients, but the cash prices are somewhat reasonable, considering the cost of seeing a dentist these days.
I, myself had numerous extractions here in preparation for complete dentures. I was not thrilled with the oral surgeon assigned to me, but he was competent if not personable, so I will let that go. The technicians, however, who did the impressions and fitting were all EXTREMELY nice women--I felt they did care. Now, several years later, I need to get the dentures relined--hopefully I see the same techs. Getting through on the phone is hit-or-miss, though, and I won't blame the receptionists totally, as they do have a lot to do between the phones and checking in appointments as they arrive. Well, I will try calling again (after everyone's done with lunch) and we will see...

I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. I wasn't able to rinse my mouth during my procedure at all, and it was getting hard to breathe. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. My teeth cleaning felt very rushed. I was disappointed that they didn't take the time to clean my teeth thoroughly.
