They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. BEWARE! even though you have insurance and they assured me that they knew my insurance, they came in, at the end of the procedure and tact on everything they said WAS Covered. I had made 5 phone calls to my insurance co. and to the dental office before going to the appointment. "They assured me everything would be covered" I did not receive the services for my yearly visit, and I was harrassed into trying to add on more procedures! Needless to say I cancelled the 2 follow up appointments TWICE, weeks before they were to happen (no one Ever answered the phones), and they tried to bill me for those dates as well.
IN a nutshell They DID NOT complete the cleaning, the receptionist came in and interrupted the procedure to ask the Hygenist what she had done, then told her what wasn't included...SHE DID NOT ADDRESS ME...and I told her that I called several times before coming to assure that they knew what my insurance covered. I have a bill now for Over Twice the amount of a cleaning that they did not complete, and are harrassing me for the money 2 months later, even though I am giving them a minimal amount now.
