Dr. Jyoti Shah is no ordinary board certified dentist. Any dentist can pull a tooth or perform a root canal. Dr. Shah saved my tongue from having a large section excised and biopsied. How do you thank someone for saving your tongue. Working in conjunction with my Otolaryngologist (Ear, Nose and Throat physician), Dr. Shah utilizing all of her knowledge and expertise realized that the area of the tongue in question was not a neoplasm (abnormal growth of tissue in some part of the body, neoplasms may be benign ((not cancer)), or malignant ((cancer)). Also called tumor); rather the results of a broken tooth causing an abrasion of the tongue. I cannot over empathize the importance of physicians especially specialist, must work together to overcome, fix and or cure the current problem. Having Dr. Jyoti Shah as a member on your team of physicians is a no-brainer. Dr. Shah and her staff, far exceed any and all expectations of superior care. For me and my family there is only one name in dentistry, that is Dr. Jyoti Shah.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle.
Several times when I had an appointment and I had to wait a long time cause the previous patient needed more time and doctor hardly did any of my work and gave me reasons to make another appoint ment so that she could be on time with other patient. This streched the treatment. She is good for generl cleaning but if you need elaborate work on your teeth you will have to make trips for ever. She care more for money than keeping her commitments....
