I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all.

It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. Not only was I not able to watch TV during my dental procedure, I couldn't even read a magazine or look out the window. I was extremely bored the entire time. I wish they had let me rinse my mouth a bit more during my procedure, it was starting to get uncomfortable. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
