I don’t understand at all how a person who is constantly angry, dissatisfied and intolerable can work with people especially small children. My two-year old cut her first molar and I saw black. I immediately called Dr. Heinowitz upon a friend's recommendation. "Come right over!" Before they even scheduled my three daughters' treatments, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedures would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand and that my girls were in conpetant hands. They've never rushed my children's dental procedures. They always go above and beyond to make sure their teeth look and feel fantastic as well as making the kids WANT to go to the dentist..It was very obvious that they took pride in their patients level of comfort. It is the one and only pediatric dentist that we will ever work with-don't mess with success!
