I had somewhat of an emergency and they were great about fitting me in quickly. I had been here before and recieved excellent care. After a brief exam I was told I needed root canal. I had this procedure done before and since no other info was given I fully expected the process to be the same. On the way out I checked to see if my insurance would cover the cost and I was told it would, 100%. So I scheduled an appointment to have the work done. I was not told caps were needed until after the root canal was done and that my out of pocket cost for them would be $350.00 per tooth. I didn't need a cap for the previous root canal so I was suprised to hear this. No one took the time to explain the process or the cost until after the fact. Very poor business practices in my opinion. Trying to get timely information from the dentist can be like pulling teeth!

I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. The dentist wasn't friendly in the least. This practice does not care about its patients. They just want to sell dentistry. The owner just wants to make a quick buck. Makes you wonder why they sell dentistry. I have never felt more unwelcome somewhere. One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door.
