Dr. Bair was extremely rude to me. I had a problem with my tooth, I was in extreme pain. He would not fit me in for an appointment for about 3 weeks. I called again they gave me an antibiotic for the pain (over the phone) they said I would be feeling better the next day. I was NOT feeling better. I waited almost a week taking the antibiotic which did nothing. I was still in extreme pain. I called yet again to be seen. The dr told the receptionist to just refer me to have the tooth pulled. He has yet to actually see me or even talk to me on the phone. I have never in my life had a dr refer me to someone else without even seeing me or talking to me for that matter! I have been taking up to 12 aleve a day for over a week and he refuses to see me to fix my tooth. He is by far the worst Dentist I have ever dealt with. Even the lady on the phone was rude to me!

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it.
