Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.
