When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
