Lack of Professional Service and assistance to DMO Plan Carriers, I went there for cavities, general evaluation and to overview a tooth broken, they refer me to another dentist and NO SERVICE at ALL Provided, NO CLEANUP, NO CAVITIES FIXES, but the WORST of ALL: NO BILL, NO PAPER REPORT, I request an estimate for services done and see my options I just received a vulgar verbiage "it would be $xxx " after desk lady went all nervous through books, ask someone in the back, AND I DID NOT SEE DOCOTR NAM MAKING ANY NOTES!!!!

very unprofessional down to their front desk all the way to Dentist "THE INDIAN DOCTOR" She called me a liar when i said i just had my root canal, i went there 1 day to have my tooth check, and she send me to specialist, next day i had my root canal done, went back to her the next day, and she didnt believe me that i went. she took an x-ray came back and said root canal has not been done, i called my orthodontic and let them talk finally she agreed, she gave me temp tooth after the procedure, she sent me home, before i head out i decided to go to the restroom, i was surprised when i look at the mirror, cement on my face and all over my front teeth. she did not even clean it,, RIDICULOUS!
