they where rude the dentist was working in my sons mouth she kept leaving the room to go work in other clientsmouth she was the only dentist there they over booked I had my 2 year old grand daughter with me my sons appointment was at 11am we where still there til 230 pm the receptionist said that we had to leave because my 2 year old grand daughter was to loud she wasn't crying just singing preschool songs that I taught her and laughing she was bothering the other 20 patients that they had crammed into the small waiting room we sat in the back row as not to bother anyone any way the receptionist went into my sons room where he was getting a root canal and told him to come to the waiting area to tell me that we had to leave and go downstairs because my grand daughter was to loud after we sat there for all those hours what do you want a 2 year old to do I think she was behaving good singing and laughing is good for a 2 year old that had to sit there for those hours so unprofessional will never go back there again and will talk to the insurance company about over booking
