2 Front Desk people were rude, mean and unprofessional. I could not believe what I had experienced. My credit card was charged 6 and half weeks ago on my first visit there. Ever since I did not hear from them. They never called me for my invisalign status. I called them and was told just to wait rudely. 3 weeks later, they said I could go and see computer image when I called them. Now another 3 and half weeks past, no news from them. I called in to check on the status. The front desk lady was very mean and she sounded that something was hidden. I showed up in the office. She ironically laughed. She and the other lady spoke in low voice.The other lady made a nasty face toward me. I was treated like a dirt in there for no reason. I wondered how I offended them. I did not do anything wrong. I paid in full one and half months ago. I just want to know the status of it. So far nothing has been done on my teeth. Nobody deserves such an unprofessional treatment from this office.

Hold onto your wallet! Never provides a proper quote and then sticks you with bill after bill. Quick to do procedures and take appointments. Arguably unethical.

Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive
