In my experience Dr. Sedhi is a Denist that will charm every dime out of your pocket if he could. We found him to be a fast talking, manipulative theif who wears a white coat. The way he runs his billing system is unfair to his patients and rather disrespectful. I urge whomever visits this Dentist ask for an itemize bill BEFORE he starts working on you and your family members, if you can manage to ever get a word in edge wise. He finds plenty of unbelievable sneaky ways to scam money out of his patients pocket.
I never blame unprofessional front desk staff... it's the people who hired them. Front desk "manager" needs training or another position. Ask for a "pre-estimate bill" first or you will be hit with a big bill... that's how they make the most money.
They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
