I had been going there for a few years and on January 9th 2018 I scheduled an appointment for 4:30 PM on January 23rd. Soon after I made the appointment I received a voice message asking if I could change the appointment to 4:00 PM. I couldn't since I was already leaving work early to make the 4:30 PM appointment.
On January 23rd as I was driving to the appointment, I was about 15 minutes away I received a phone call from the office at 3:57 PM. Since I was driving I did not answer the call. about 5 minutes later when the office called again I answered the phone and they said my appointment was for 4 PM and I was late so they couldn't take me. I drove the remaining 5 minutes to the office and they lied to my face telling me that I agreed to a 4 PM appointment. I have a copy of the voice message where they ask If I can change the appointment to 4PM if anyone cares to hear it. If I didn’t agree o change the appointment, why were they calling me at 3:57 PM? To ask if I was going to be there in 3 minutes?

“This was my first visit to the dentist’s office in a long time so I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. Dr. Pogoda was very polite, respectful and honest. He was thorough and explained everything to me in a way that was easily understandable. Going over what needed to be done and the prices were never so easy. I strongly recommend him. The office gave off the good vibes that took the edge off. I felt at home and that’s what I was looking for.” The Hygienist is Great, and the staff is very professional.
