Aspen Dental is the worst dentist I have been to and I have been to quite a few. I had an upper partial made by them and it was horrible quality. I later went back to see if they could do anything about the partial and they did agree to make me a new one but all my appointments have been canceled by them because my partial hadn't come in etc. I am still waiting for my rescheduled appointment which was supposed to be over a month ago. I was very unhappy with the staff and the lack of time they/dentist spend with you. I would never recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.

I was new in the area and needed to schedule a cleaning. I had to schedule a new pt visit first when they normally do x-rays and you see the dentist briefly. However, I was pregnant so couldn't even get x-rays and they still wouldn't schedule a cleaning without this visit. After filling out all the paperwork that included a question about whether or not I was pregnant and waiting, I was taken back to the x-ray room. When I told the woman who took me back (not dentist or hygeinist, don't know her title), she asked me how far along I was and said she thinks it's OK, but would ask the dentist. I said no as I was not having any problems so she brought me back to where the dentist would see me. After waiting again, he briefly looked in my mouth then said he would need the x-rays to know so I should just get the cleaning and come back for x-rays after I had my baby. I then had to schedule a second visit for a cleaning. Very inconvenient. I did go back again after and they were not prepared to do the x-rays as it was not scheduled right. That time they did do them so I did not need to come back. However, overall I was not impressed so am looking for another dentist.
