Zero stars! Forced to pick one. Buyer Beware!. Luba Richter presented herself as knowing how to handle my child's special situation. She can probably address most simple treatment BUT NOT ANYTHING COMPLICATED OR INVOLVED. Do not take her word for anything. Ask for proof of your special situation. She even went so far to say she was very confident she could address and align my child's teeth. I paid a premium for her service as she was highly recommended and her dental treatment left my child with needing extensive correction. She lied to me and my child and left her high hopes in the dump and took my hard earned money. She would not refund us any money for her damages. We will be seeking legal assistance immediately.

This office shows in the contract that you sign that they have hours up until 5pm for 20 quick 20 min appointments, and they will verbally tell you they have "after school appointments" available. However in reality they will NOT schedule you for any later than 3:45pm. Very difficult to even get an appointment at this time. When I mentioned to the desk girl that they should take a look at the fact that their main clientele is school aged and they obviously lacked in time slots to accommodate with out taking my child out of school early all of the time. She got snarky and told me "Not everyone has the same needs as you!". Okay I was sharing an observation, that there was an obvious lack of available appointments. I will be spending my $6,000 + on my next child to go else where. Yeah, they aren't cheap either. The girls who do the regular adjustments are very nice and helpful though.
