Dr. Cash gave me an implant 2 1/2 years ago. It was easy to tell which tooth was the implant because it sat higher then my other teeth and had a pocket around the gum line. At 1 1/2 years, it was failing as I was told by an oral surgeon. I told Dr. Cash and she never acknowledged it. Then at 2 years, I was told by the oral surgeon it needed to come out, it had failed and I had 50% bone and gum lose! Dr. Cash looked at it and told me it was held on 3 sides, what was the problem....... Needless to say, I had to have it taken out. Dr.Cash removed the molar and abutment, then the oral surgeon took out the implant. (Long story). I now have a hole where the implant was and at least one loose tooth in front of that, with 50% bone and gum lose. I can't have a bridge until the loose tooth falls out and no implant because of the saddle created by the failed implant! Plus they have given me NO Refund and I will have to pay to get my mouth corrected. Please find out first if you receive a refund if an implant fails! I wish I had gone to an Oral Surgeon!! Dr. Cash handled this problem very poorly. She even admitted if she did it again, she would go deeper........
