The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Jim was extremely friendly and knowledgable and offered me his number if I needed anything else, he even squeezed me in tomorrow for an immediate procedure to help with my pain as soon as possible.
