Worst experience of my life! Just as everyone else has said the customer service is terrible. They ask for money before they provide service and they are only there to make money. I went there and they screwed my teeth up and now I have had long term issues. This is their plan. They cause you issues so you have to keep coming back! Do not go!

The staff was friendly enough, but if you have any kind of Orthodontist work DO NOT GO HERE! With no orthodontic knowledge they did work on my permanent retainer. They assured me it needed to be done even though for 7 years every dentist thought it was fine. It messed up my bite and they buzzed my big tooth so thin it now has a chip in it! I needed to have the whole thing redone at my orthodontist costing hundreds!! And now I need a cosmetic dentist to sand down my front teeth to avoid cracking! Nice staff is great but I walked out with more problems then I went in with.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Did this provider rush your appointment?
Yes, I felt like an annoyance!
