I feel like my appointment was pointless and detrimental to my health. I felt worse when I left. He was far too arrogant to even take the time to let me know what he was doing before be barked orders at me to open my mouth so he could stuff it full of cotton and numbing solution. I never even saw him without his mask on because he made no conversation with me before he starting drilling. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. I was never asked if I had any questions or discomfort when clearly I was wincing while he stood over me a put all his body weight into my gums. It didn't help that he was sighing through the procedure and lamenting about how he was too old to be doing this. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. The hygienist looked just as afraid as I was. I left in severe pain and it has not gone away.
