About

Theresa Robinson, DMD

Dr. Theresa B. Robinson received her Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree from the University of Alabama, Birmingham. Many hours of continuing education classes and conferences further her, and her team's expertise.

While Dr. Robinson is praised for her general dentistry, she has also excelled in procedures involving the most recent advancements in dental technology. Porcelain veneers are one of the newest and most advanced procedures for whitening, straightening and creating more confident and esthetically pleasing smiles. In addition to her DMD degree, Dr. Robinson studied art extensively at a University level. Her artistic outlook lends to her exactness in symmetry, depth perception and beauty. She has studied the benefits of porcelain inlays and on lays over the standard, dark, metal "fillings" some people have in their mouths. These inlays and on lays are more aesthetically pleasing and last longer than mercury fillings. She is a general member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Robinson combines her extensive knowledge of general dentistry with her artistic skills and clinical proficiency in cosmetic dentistry. She can create the perfect smile suitable for what you want and who you are.

I was looking for a new dentist & went to Dr. Robinson's office with a coupon for a cleaning, ex-rays & exam. I was told all my crown's should be replaced & that I had gum disease so I didn't qualify for the cleaning. I was absolutely shocked as I go every 6 mos for a check-up & cleaning & have always been told I do an excellent job of maintaining my teeth, She & her assistant tried to sign me up for $450 of scaling. I paid the $95 coupon & left w/o a cleaning. I went to another dentist two weeks later & got the cleaning done - no gum disease & the crowns are fine!!

Over charged. Over diagnosed and forget the free whitening ......you'll never see it. I spent over 6000 dollars and was due to have another 7000 worth of work when I experienced pain after the first visit.....yes, the first visit was 5 grand? I then went to a dentist I knew who was floored by her prices and her recommendations. 400 dollars later I was pain free and haven't had anymore issues. BEWARE of the over diagnosis. She did the same thing to my daughter and her's was supposed to be 7000 total. Our teeth are not falling out so it's not bridge work or implants......or cosmetic. This was stuff that didn't need to be done.
