When I left my appointment, I honestly couldn't tell if they cleaned my teeth or not. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. The INSURANCE woman is very rude, unprofessional and very unwelcoming. She could use some TRAINING in friendliness and customer relations. SHE is the ONLY reason that I may NEVER return to this place

A little. I wish they had been more gentle

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure
