The staff are the worse! I was treated so rudely about a bill that they misquoted. After four trips there to get my bill straight, It became obvious, that i wasnt going to get any help from them. I went to talk to Dr Wadsworth. I waited patiently to speak to her when she had a few minutes to spare. I was told it would be over three hours..no problem. Then they called three police officers to come and tell me to leave. Wow! Only in Mississippi!

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I had a hard time bearing the cologne they were wearing, it didn't smell very good at all. It wasn't the worst I've ever smelled, but it definitely wasn't the best. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. When I left my appointment, my gums didn't stop bleeding for quite a while. They should have been more careful while they were flossing my teeth.
