The dentist seems nice and knowledgeable enough. However, their method of charging and billing leaves much to be desired. I don't trust them in the realm of finances. They're not to be trusted in this area. Twice, I've had to call them on billing charges and they resubmitted lower bills to me and my insurance company. Caution should you choose this dentist. I'm in the process of finding another dentist. Also, Stacey Winford doesn't do any surgery herself such as removing teeth. Another dentist comes into the office to do that.
On the other hand, they seem to care about their patients. At least the dentist does. I haven't had to worry about them overbooking appointments, yet. They seem to believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they haven't done that here before yet. Their waiting room is nothing special. It is worn and plain and needs help. There is nothing to read. They always dress professionally here. I've been to better dentist office's and treated by better dentists before.
