Worst dentist experience of my life yesterday. And this is worse than having 4 wisdom teeth pulled without being knocked out for it. Worse than have fillings fixed or braces tightened. The people at Samuel Rodgers Dental on 23rd street are the worst I've ever seen! The receptionist was completely unprofessional and rude when we called to make the appointment (I had to call numerous times and leave messages that no one returned). My appointment was set for months away because they had no availability. The day of the visit, after waiting almost 1 1/2 hours to get into my appointment that was scheduled at 10am, I had multiple waits in the dentist chair while getting x-rays done. They "cleaned" my teeth (my teeth felt cleaner when I went home and brushed them later) and the dentist, who didn't even introduce herself, got on my case for "never flossing" and that's why my gums were tender. I was like, lady, my gums are tender cause I'm pregnant AND BECAUSE YOU KEEP POKING ME WITH YOUR LITTLE HOOK THING!!!!!! Pa-lease. They didn't even give you the toothbrush and toothpaste in a little bag at the end! I cried when I got out to my car afterwards. Just be warned people, don't go to that crazy dentist establishment. You'll never be the same

They cancelled my appointment TWICE!!! This was when I had insurance and the dental part of my insurance was about to expire in 4 months. I only saw them once and I couldnt go in again because they kept cancelling my appointments. The receptionist is not good at her job!
