I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating.
