this dentist is bad news. i sat in his chair for over 1 hour and then
he decided i needed a root canal instead of the filling i was
scheduled for after we discussed it in great depth on my first visit.

Beware!! There is nothing but negative reviews for a reason. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They failed to trasnfer my X-ray records properly, which cost me plenty. They do not file with insurance, they expect their patients to deal with it, and require payment in full upfront. They are crooks! Take your business elsewhere, there's far too many dentists to choose from in Springfield.
