I wasn't given any sort of payment plan or fee information before they went ahead and scheduled my treatment. I had no idea how much I should expect to pay. I still don't have all the financial information, but they told me everything should be covered at 100%. I was not totally satisfied with my visit. Although nothing went wrong, I waited for 2 hours for the dentist to see me. I thought the staff was somewhat friendly. I got filings and a week later it still feels & looks like I have cavities. Office is not as nice as other dentist offices I have visited, but the dentist himself is super friendly & was highly recommended.
They are nice but they overbook and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. Wait times are quite extensive. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. Although nothing went wrong, I had hoped for more.
They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. . It's extremely annoying. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help.They were extremely late to all my appointment.
