I had an emergency and my dentist could not get me in so I called Shoal Creek Dental. They were great, got me in quickly, explained everything, and treated me very well. They made a bad situation so much better. The staff was friendly, and the doctors were very kind. I am definitely switching!

I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. Dr. Gaik and assistant made fun of me while I was under the influence of nitrous. Come to find out now they had used way too high a percentage for me ... But would never take the time to find that out because they only seemed to care about the number of patients, not me. Awful experiences.
