I had the absolute best experience here! Dr. Chiapel and his staff were incredible. They made a scary situation turn into a very comfortable surgery with excellent follow up. I had my final check up today and told Dr. Chiapel that he is a Miracle Worker!!!! Thank you Terry for holding my hand through this-when you knew I was afraid! Thank you to the entire staff - you are all wonderful! The staff is the "BEST" about making a real effort to get me in when I need it. They're so helpful and try hard to be accommodating. I would definitely refer anyone to come here. I absolutely love this place. They seem to make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to and address every question or concern I may have.

Dr. Chiapel is wonderful. I wish I had known about him when I had my wisdom teeth removed. I am a tough customer, because my teeth tend to be very large, and have 4 roots on most- which is unusual, I am told; and which makes extractions extremely difficult. I did get anesthesia for this process, and I felt no pain whatsoever. Not even during recovery. I never took any pain meds except ibuprofen. Also, I want to mention that we paid in full for this procedure, but after the claim was settled with the insurance companies negotiated rates, the office refunded the excess amount we paid without us even having to ask. This is an EXCELLENT Dentist, and I absolutely would recommend him to anyone. Best dental experience I have EVER experienced in every way!
