They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
