They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. The building was poorly marked and even walking in the door, I still wasn't sure if I was at the right place. Dr. Carpenter is AWFUL!! BEWARE! Won't answer questions and wants to send you right to surgery without discussing, among other issues. Will NEVER go back to him!
