Expect to wait. An hour is normal from my experience. The office called to change the time of my surgery (making mine the first of the doctor's day) I lay in pre-op for two hours past my scheduled surgery time. The doctor was at the office I am told. Doing what, I wasn't informed. The office personnel are amateurish at best, incompetent at worst. The doctor ordered a cat scan that was never set up. He seemed as surprised as I was--who is in charge here? There is a charge for everything--it wouldn't surprise me to see a coin slot on the lobby television. NOT recommended--find yourself another doctor.
