Dr. Channell had very short answers to what I consider to be serious changes in my eyesight. I would not recommend her to anyone for anything other than a general eye exam. She seemed intent on not seeing any patient longer than 5-6 minutes. I had no problem with any of the staff. They were friendly and courteous.

This is the worst doctor I've have ever been too. She pushed me around and treated my like I was a nobody. When I complained about the pain in my eye she kept saying in a haughty tone "Can't do anything about that!". She wasn't responsive to my needs nor did she make me feel like a patient. I was so mad after leaving her office I beat the hell out of my furniture. I would NEVER recommend this Doctor to anyone who has a problem with their eyes.
