I would highly recommend Dr. Cukrowski. I took my son at 9 months to see if he had a lazy eye. The staff was very curtious and the doctor is very well suited to working with children. I recommeded him to a friend and she was pleased also.

It has been several years since Dr. Cukrowski treated my daughter (who had strabismus). He was conservative (we tried patching for a year before surgery). When surgery was recommended, we did consult another well-known pediatric opthalmologist in the area who concurred with Dr. Cukrowski's assessments and recommendations. We went ahead with the surgery and it went great...before & after, Dr. Cukrowski communicated effectively & managed expectations, and was so kind to all of my children. I highly recommend Dr. Cukrowski, especially now that I have moved and see what other pediatric opthalmologists can and do get away with...long waits, ridiculous charges and impersonal treatment.
