While the services provided by Dr. Clausen were very high-quality and the technicians/assistants friendly and professional, I was charged over $100 for an X-ray that I never had in 2008. When I brought it up to "Sherry" in Dr. Clausen's office, she said she would look into the billing and get back to me. I never heard from her again, so I called back several months later for a status, and she said she didn't recall ever speaking to me. I gave her the info again, and again, never heard back. I'm very disappointed in their billing practices. To charge someone in error for a service and then never reverse it is the same as stealing in my opinion.

They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had anything to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
