Whether you call in or walk in you are greeted by the friendliest front reception staff ever! They know your name and are very welcoming. The staff do a good job of getting the required check-ups completed in a timely manner - we are usually in-and-out in 15 minutes. Financing is done through OrthoBank. And, if you need a second round of braces later, they apply 50% of what you've paid the first time through to that second round. (My son was 7 when he had braces put on to straighten the permanent teeth that had already come in crooked, and pave the way for the other teeth to come in straight.) Veil Orthodontic is a well-run operation!

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.
